We were delighted to participate in the International Food Tasting Event at the International Business School in Budapest, where students from diverse backgrounds showcased their national cuisines.

This incredible event brought together students from various countries, each presenting their national cuisine and traditional dishes. It offered participants a chance to travel the world through their taste buds, as they sampled and savoured a plethora of flavours and culinary styles.
AYID took an active role in supporting our Azerbaijani students in their preparations for the event. Thanks to Nihad Yolchiyev, a member of our association, they created a beautiful display of Azerbaijani cuisine, including delicious dishes like plov, dolma, and baklava. This provided a unique opportunity for international students to taste the rich flavours of Azerbaijan and learn about the country's culture and heritage. Nihad's dedication and hard work were as palpable as the flavours of the food he served. The warmth and friendliness of Azerbaijani students were on full display as they shared their passion for their culinary traditions, and it was truly inspiring to witness the connections they formed with their fellow students from around the world.
